On Tuesday, Sept. 29, the City of Dubuque Public Works Department will mill the portion of University Avenue between Gilliam and Ethel streets.
Traffic will not be allowed on University Avenue occasionally during the day and motorists will be required to use alternate routes. The work is expected to begin at approximately 7:30 a.m. and completed by 6 p.m. the same day (Tuesday, Sept. 29). Motorists are asked to use caution in this area and follow traffic control measures in place.
