The westbound lane of Hillcrest Road will be closed between Morningview and Broadlawn for private utility service work from 8:30 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Wednesday 5/4. Traffic will be allowed to alternate around the work zone, using the open eastbound lane. Motorists should use caution in the area of temporary traffic control.
