Due to the Bee Branch Creek Greenway ribbon-cutting and opening celebration, the E. 22nd St. bridge, between Elm St. and the new parking lot southwest of Prince St., and Prince St. between Regent St. and the entrance to the new parking lot, will be closed on Wednesday, July 19, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Motorists are asked to follow the marked detour route which includes Jackson St., E. 20th St., Rhomberg Ave., and Windsor Ave. For questions regarding this closure, call the City of Dubuque engineering department at (563) 589-4270.
