Loras Blvd will be closed to traffic between Alta Vista St and Bluff St for water main repair and repaving from Wednesday 03/27/2019 at 5:00 pm to Friday 03/29/2019 at 5:00 pm
Westbound traffic will be detoured onto Locust St, to W Locust St, to Kirkwood St, To Alta Vista St. Eastbound traffic will be detoured onto Alta Vista St, to University Ave, to W 8th St, to Locust St
