Bluff St. will be closed between 3rd and 5th and also 4th St. from Bluff to the Fourth St. Elevator on Saturday, Oct. 5 beginning at 5 a.m. and will remain closed until Saturday, Oct. 5 at 6 p.m. due to a permitted special event.
