A lane of 9th Street between Main and Iowa Street will be closed for utility installation from 8 AM to 5 PM tomorrow, Tuesday, October 22nd. Two-way traffic will be maintained during the alternating lane closures. On-street parking will be impacted. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
