The westbound lane of Pennsylvania Avenue will be closed between Key Way Drive and Vizaleea Drive for private utility work from 9 a.m. Wednesday, August 19th to 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 26th. Traffic will be merged to the center lane. Motorists are asked to use caution in the area.
