Traffic will be shifted on Clarke Dr. near Clarke Crest Dr. for a private utility repair from 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4, until 5 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 12. Motorists will need to follow the posted detour route and watch for flaggers. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours.
