E 20th Street between White Street and Jackson Street, along with Rhomberg Avenue between Stafford Street and Humboldt Street, will have a lane closure with flaggers for small cell maintenance starting 6:00 p.m Thursday May 5 to 9:00 p.m Thursday May 5, for night work. Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
