North Cascade Road will have a full road closure between Royal Wood Drive and Cottingham Road for water main extension work starting 7:00 AM Monday Nov. 14 until 5:00 PM Tuesday Nov. 15.
Motorists will need to follow the posted detour routes during this time. Map available at www.cityofdubuque.org/detours
