Effective 7 AM, Tuesday, July 6, the 3rd Street Overpass will be restricted to one lane travel eastbound into the Port of Dubuque. The westbound lane will be closed and vehicular traffic will be detoured to exit the Port of Dubuque via 5th Street. Traffic control, flaggers and directional signage will be in place. Anticipated opening: July 23.
