Beginning at 7 AM on Monday, August 23, 2010, Central Avenue, from 21st to 32nd Street, will be closed to through traffic for water service replacement and watermain repairs. Jackson Street will serve as the detour route for Central Avenue (US 52/Hwy 3) between 12th Street and Aquin Avenue.
Traffic on Kaufmann Avenue at Central Avenue will be permitted to travel east and west, but will not be able to turn onto Central Avenue to proceed north or south.
