How To Apply
To apply for a monthly parking permit in a City of Dubuque parking ramp or lot, fill out and return the application form.
- Open the application and the ACH form, and save them to your computer.
- Fill in your information and save (or print the PDFs and fill in by hand.)
Submit Your Application
Use this link to upload the following components:
- Completed application
- Completed ACH form
- Photo of your valid driver's license
OR
Mail the forms and a copy of your driver's license or drop them off in person at:
