The Parking Division services the parking needs of the public and residents of Dubuque. In addition, the division provides for long-term planning to meet future parking needs to support and encourage economic growth and stability in concert with residential parking needs in the downtown area — all of this to be done in a manner that is self-supporting for the expansion of facilities, maintenance, and operation of all parking facilities.
