How To Pay

Parking meter customers can use their mobile phones to pay for parking at all 2,000 of the City's parking meters using Passport Parking. Download the Passport Parking mobile app or call 608-678-3848. Once registered, you can use the mobile app, the internet, or a phone call to that number to pay for parking! All parking meters also accept coins.

Parking Ramps

Ramps are available for hourly use and monthly permit parking, depending on the ramp location. The rate for hourly use is $1 per hour with a daily maximum of $10. Intermodal Parking Ramp

Central Avenue Parking Ramp / Bicycle Storage Area

Free public parking is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the Port of Dubuque.
