Swipe Card Bus Passes

The following information is important for the owners of plastic swipe cards:

  • You must swipe your pass or provide a transfer every time you ride the bus.
  • Keep your swipe card. Do not throw it away or give it to another person. You will have the option to renew the pass each month. (Example: If you purchase service in September but do not in October, your card will not be active in September but will be re-activated in October. Since the Jule can remotely activate your card each month, you will always keep the same card regardless of whether it is currently active or inactive).
  • If you lose or destroy this card, you must pay a $5.00 replacement fee for a new one.
  • Each month, after you purchase a Full- or Half-Fare Monthly Unlimited Bus Pass, we will active your card. If you do not pay for the month, your swipe card will not be activated.
  • Please allow for 24 hours after payment for your swipe card to be renewed. It is recommended to renew your monthly pass before the first of the month.

Group Youth Pass

The Jule offers a group youth pass for daycare centers and elementary schools. The pass allows all students in the group to ride free if they are traveling with a paying adult. There is no charge for the Group Youth Pass, however, it must be returned to The Jule after the trip. Contact Jule staff to request a Group Youth Pass.
