The City of Dubuque, as a Certified Local Government, has directed its Planning Services Department to seek comment and input as it develops a Programmatic Agreement with the State Historic Preservation Office.
Comment can be provided through a form on the City of Dubuque website.
This agreement would assist the City with expediting projects where there are no historic or cultural resources affected when projects are subject to Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.

Comment will be accepted through May 16, 2025.
