Two Ways to Pay!

1. Jule Smart Pass

Purchase a reloadable smart pass that you can carry in your wallet. 
Jule Smart Passes are available for purchase at the Intermodal Transportation Center, located at 950 Elm St.

2. MyJule Mobile Ticketing App

No need to carry cash or a card, simply scan your phone when boarding The Jule and you're on your way!

Service Hours

Fixed Route - Intermodal

  • Monday through Friday, 6:15 a.m. - 6:45 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
  • Sunday, no service

Fixed Route - JFK Transfer

  • Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
  • Sunday, no service

MiniBus (Paratransit)

  • Monday through Friday, 5:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.
  • Saturday, 8:15 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
  • Sunday, no service

Rack & Ride

All Jule buses are equipped with bike racks for passengers to use free of charge with the purchase of a regular bus fare ticket.

Accessibility

The Jule is open to the public, including persons with disabilities. All Jule buses are equipped with ramps and/or lifts to accommodate mobility devices. All Jule facilities and bus stops are accessible in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Downtown Business Shuttle

The downtown business shuttle provides service between downtown parking areas and many downtown employers. Riders can park in the Port of Dubuque and ride the bus to stops located near their employer - all for free! The shuttle operates on 20-minute routes during peak commute hours, Monday through Friday: 6:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 6:35 p.m.

Interstate Bus Service

Megabus offers daily bus service between Dubuque and Madison, Wisconsin. The route is operated by Coach USA/Van Galder.
