Membership
Five members appointed to five-year terms:
- Two members selected by the City Council from the City's Zoning Board of Adjustment.
- Two members selected by the County Board of Supervisors. To apply as a County representative, please fill out a Dubuque County application form.
- One member selected from the public at-large by the four other members to serve as Chairperson
