Membership
- Ten commissioners appointed by the City Council to staggered three-year terms.
- One member shall be appointed by the Housing Commission to serve as a representative to the Community Development Advisory Commission.
- Landlords who accept Housing Choice Vouchers are ineligible for the Housing Commission.

- Quarterly, the Fourth Tuesday in the month's of January, April, July & October

Purpose
- To undertake and carry out studies and analysis of housing needs and the meeting of such needs
- To recommend proposed projects in the area of low- and moderate-income housing for the citizens of the City
- To monitor the City's housing programs
- To conduct grievances regarding the Rental Assistance Program, except in the area of Housing Code enforcement
