New and returning residential and business customers and customers transferring service (moving from one location to another) will need to complete an Application for Utility Service and provide identification.
For returning customers, all prior accounts must be paid in full before a new account can be established.
For customers transferring service, all account balances must be current before the service is transferred to the new address.
Submit a discontinue service request form to arrange for a final meter reading. Service will remain in the property owner’s name until a new customer has been accepted for service. A minimum notice of two business days is required to discontinue service on the agreed-upon date.
Vacant premises where water is disconnected are subject to a monthly stormwater fee and a minimum monthly water bill. Contact Utility Billing to arrange for a final meter reading. A minimum notice of two business days is required to discontinue service on the agreed-upon date.
