Public Notices

The City of Dubuque accepts public comments from individuals, groups, and agencies for multiple programs and actions related to programs. Residents are encouraged to submit appropriate comment for consideration within the required timelines. 

Public comments can be submitted in writing to the Housing and Community Development Department, 350 W. 6th Street, Ste 312, Dubuque, IA 52001, or online through the public comment form.

Each public notice includes information about additional ways to submit public comment.
